Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch (w/noodles) pics later

Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch

What you need
  1. A pack of bacon (we use brown sugar bacon)
  2. Box of Bowtie Noodles
  3. 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
  4. A bag of Tyson Chicken Stips (Can be breaded if you'd like)
  5. 2 cups Ranch Dressing
  6. Shredded Cheese (amount depends on how much you like)
Very simple cooking directions
  1. Cook Bacon
  2. While bacon is cooking mix dry ranch mix with chicken and cook until done, Also start your noodles and cook them until they are done.
  3. Once noodles are done spread them into a 9x13 baking dish and mix well with ranch dressing.
  4. Add Chicken and Bacon and mix well again
  5. Top with Shredded cheese
  6. Place in oven at 350°F until cheese is melted.

I'm sure this recipe could be made combing all ingredients and putting them in the oven before cooking but I'm always cooked everything first so I can't give advice or cook time on doing it that way.

So I keep seeing all these blog post on the internet  everywhere I turn someone is talking about something they've seen in a blog post. I thought "Hey, I have a blog page set up maybe I should try using it again."
My youngest started school this year leaving me home by myself with only the fish, guinea pig, and dog as company. After a couple weeks of spending my days with the animals whom I may add don't talk back I decided I HAD to find something to fill my days. I started volunteering at the school I am currently up to 3 days a week as a parent volunteer, the other 2 days a week are spent catching up on house work and searching the net for neat new things either to do around the house or with the kids.
Another thing I thought of doing and I admit I stole this idea from a kids show on Disney....A "Mommy Blog" I thought how many people would actually want to read about all the boring day to day goings and mishaps of my life. Then I thought....If it wasn't happening to me yeah I'd read about it and on most days I get a much needed laugh.
That being said I think my blogs will end up being a mixture of Mommy stuff, school stuff, volunteer story's, recipes, neat and interesting home improvements.....just anything that happens to stick in my very scattered brain. Now I just hope it doesn't take me to long to catch on to this whole blogging thing.

Then Sings My Soul~ Book Review

Then Sings My Soul by Robert J. Morgan is a great book if you have ever wondered about the background for some of the most popular hymns still around today. Then Sings My Soul contains 150 hymns including Away in the Manger, Joy to the World, and O Come, All Ye Faithful along with many many others. This would make a great Christmas present or just any time present for anyone who likes to sing or worship. Then Sings My Soul would also be a great gift for anyone who is just discovering their faith in God, with a song lyrics page and then detail page explaining the song the book is very easy to read and follow.
This is not a book I would normally find interesting but I found myself not able to put it down as I read. I also found myself more enlightened and more willing to want to learn more. For example the ever popular Christmas hymn Joy to the World! comes from Psalm 98:4 Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.
Then Sings My Soul by Robert J. Morgan is a great book and a great find. I would highly recommend it.
